Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or installing the Deskpay software.

1. License Grant

Upon purchasing a Deskpay subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on a single production server for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from the software source code.

2. Support and Updates

Your active monthly subscription entitles you to continuous software updates, security patches, and 24/7 premium support. If your subscription lapses, you may continue to use the version of the software you currently have installed, but you will no longer receive updates or technical support.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Deskpay is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to provide a secure and reliable billing platform, we are not liable for any lost revenues, data breaches on your own hardware, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
